We recently experienced a temporary delay in event processing due to a higher-than-usual volume of requests. As a result, some events were delayed up to 7 minutes.

We recently experienced a temporary delay in event processing due to a higher-than-usual volume of requests. As a result, some events were delayed by up to 20 minutes before being delivered to their respective webhook subscriptions.

Importantly, no data was lost during this period—events were successfully processed and delivered, albeit with a slight delay.

We’ve taken steps to address the underlying issue and are continuing to monitor the system to ensure optimal performance.

The issue affecting the Background Check feature has been fixed. Searches are now running correctly without errors.

Our team has verified the solution and normal service has been fully restored.
